One of my favorite parts of live events is getting to witness the experience alongside your guests. Live event personalization begins at $800.
Because every event has different logistics, guest counts, and personalization goals, proposals are customized after learning more about your event.
Instead of charging solely by the hour, pricing reflects the overall event experience, including planning, preparation, personalization, travel (when applicable), and any additional staffing needed to create a seamless guest experience.
Once I have the details of your event, most proposals are delivered within one business day.

I work with a wide variety of materials, including glass, metal, acrylic, ceramic, leather, textiles, paper, and more. The best personalization method depends on the material itself, so after learning about your event and the items you’d like to feature, I’ll recommend the approach that’s best suited for your project.

Every event is a little bit different, but as a general guideline, a single artist can typically personalize gifts for approximately 100 to 140 guests during a four-hour event when each guest is receiving a simple personalization, such as a name or initials.
Actual capacity depends on several factors, including the personalization method, inscription length, material being personalized, and the overall flow of your event.
For larger guest counts, I’ll recommend a setup that may include additional artists or assistants to help create a smooth guest experience.
Rather than rushing through each personalization, my goal is to create a thoughtful guest experience while maintaining an efficient pace. During our consultation, I’ll recommend the setup that best balances guest interaction, craftsmanship, and your event timeline.

Absolutely! I’m based in the St. Louis area and regularly travel throughout Southern Illinois and the Midwest. Destination events are always welcomed.

Some clients provide their own items for personalization, while others prefer assistance sourcing event items. We’ll determine the best approach during the planning process.

A signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date, and from there we’ll finalize the details so everything is prepared well before event day.
