What to Expect for Your Custom Personalization Commission
Submit Your Inquiry.
Complete the inquiry form with the items you’d like personalized, quantities, and the exact wording for each piece. I’ll use those details to prepare your quote.
Reserve Your Project.
You’ll typically hear back within one business day with a custom quote or any follow-up questions. Once your invoice is paid and your commission is reserved on my studio calendar, you’ll receive shipping instructions to my dedicated client mailbox.
Approve Your Design.
After your keepsakes arrive, I’ll confirm reciept and create complimentary digital proofs for your approval before personalization begins.
Personalization & Return Shipping.
Once you’ve approved your proofs, I’ll personalize each piece by hand, carefully package, and return with tracking information, ready for gifting or enjoying.
