We’ll also confirm the items to be personalized, whether they’ll be provided for all guests or first-come, first-served, and how many I can complete per hour. If additional artists, assistants, or setup needs apply, we’ll cover those too, along with any travel fees.

Step 2: Proposal & Booking

Following our consultation, I’ll send a clear proposal outlining everything we discussed, along with a detailed quote and contract. To secure your date, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

Step 3: Event Day

On the day of your event, I’ll arrive fully prepared with a polished setup. Guests can watch as each piece is personalized in real time, adding a thoughtful, memorable touch that blends seamlessly into your celebration.
